A Visit to the Jinan Orphanage
The highlight of Christmas this year has to be the visit to the Jinan Orphanage. The smiles and the excitement expressed by the children were the best Christmas present of all. The children, about 20 of then, ranged from 1 to 12, with 2 teachers accompanying them. Most of them have some physical disabilities, but all can get around without much help.
Some little ones stretched out their arms and just hung on to us. It was such a sweet feeling just holding them. We should come back often since there are more than 200 children there.
